Villa Amistad-The Entire Place. When renting the Villa as your private residence, click on each apartment gallery and the Shared Outdoor Spaces Gallery to see the whole property. All of the Villa is private to you and not shared.

Villa's Shared Outdoor Spaces (Terraces, Pool, BBQ, Entrance and Staircases)

Heated Saltwater pool located on the main level. A great place to take in sunsets or cool off.

The pool has built-in bench seating along the back allowing guests to relax while looking out over the Bay beyond. Pool is available 24 hours and is heated in the winter.

Beautiful views from the Villa. Many guests watch the whales in the winter, sunsets, and the nightly fireworks display from the Pirate ship!

The upper shared terrace has lounge seating surrounded by tropical plants, natural stone wall. In the evening, bistro lighting illuminates the area!

The Upper shared terrace is a great place to read a book, relax, or watch friends and family members in the pool.

The sunsets from the Villa can be jaw dropping!

Shaded seating on the Lower Shared Terrace. Just to the right of the sofa is the staircase going down to the property's entry gate. The doorway is the entrance to Jonathan's Lugar.

Living Area opens completely onto the large private ocean facing terrace.

Smart TV allows guests to use their own Netflix accounts. TV automatically deletes private account information at check out!

The glass wall opens to create a wonderful indoor/outdoor living space.

Use your own video streaming accounts safely. TV erases all personal information at check out or when you want. We can provide a Netflix guest account upon request.
